I’ll put my phone on the charger before bed and it’ll start charging like everything’s fine, then somehow just stop in the middle of the night?! I wake up expecting a full battery and it’s barely charged. Super unreliable.

I really wanted this to work, but it keeps slipping off because the magnet is way too weak. And it’s not even about it being a little loose or needing adjustment, it just doesn’t stay in place like it should.

the site works okay overall, but the design feels kind of dull and old to me. it does what it needs to do, but there’s not much visual appeal, so the experience feels plain.

I reached out for warranty support it didn’t feel very helpful. They were polite enough, so I’ll give them that, but it seemed like they gave up on actually solving the issue quickly. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I left feeling like the warranty didn’t really do much for me.

The mount itself is fine, but it didn’t fit my phone case the way I expected. I’ve had to take the case off a few times just to use it, which gets annoying. It’s not a terrible product, but I feel like I can’t fully trust the compatibility info anymore. I just wish it had been clearer before I bought it

Am I missing something here, or is this just really slow? It takes forever to charge my phone, and I’m disappointed. I expected it to be a lot faster.

I was already in a bit of a tired mood when I ordered, so having the delivery show up late not once but twice was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it made the whole experience feel unreliable...

I was disappointed when I tried it on. The fit just felt off, and the edges had a cheap feel to them that made the whole thing seem lower quality than I expected.

For the price, I was expecting it to feel a little sturdier. It’s not terrible, but it does feel kind of flimsy, and just a bit cheaper than I hoped. I wanted to like it more, but yeah, it feels flimsy for what it costs.

I tried shopping on xvida it kind of confirmed what I already suspected going in. The site just felt frustrating to use. Some of the product info wasn’t very clear, pages were loading slowly for me, and checkout kept sending me back to fix something without actually explaining what was wrong. After dealing with that for a while, I just gave up. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but my experience definitely wasn’t good

Compared to other companies I’ve ordered from, where returns are usually quick and more automated, this felt slow and a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it could be.
